Request for Proposals
The Virginia Coalfield Economic Development Authority (VCEDA) hereby invites proposals from qualified individuals or firms for each of the following: (1) targeted economic development lead generation services, including corporate research, telemarketing, and appointment setting services; (2) marketing ambassadors to help promote the VCEDA region for economic development; and (3) marketing and public relations consulting to support economic development. Factors that will be used in evaluating proposals include: prior economic development experience, prior experience in providing similar services, knowledge of the VCEDA region, and overall experience and capacity to perform the services sought to be procured. A numerical scoring system will not be used. This Request for Proposals is specifically subject to the VCEDA Solicitation Terms and Conditions, which are available at www.vaceda.org/notices/, and are incorporated herein by reference.
